教學目標 Objectives

The project management has been well developed during the past two decades. Right now in the United States most big coeporations have demanded that for those managers wanted to be promoted to mid-level and senior executives should possess certificates of project management. The main purpose of this course is to teach undergrade and graduate students understanding theory and applications of project management. Specific methods such as net present value, internal rate of return, payback period, life cycle costing, cost-benefit analysis, and regression analysis will be presented in details.
